Debuted on October 26, 1984 and ran nineteen episodes through March 22, 1985. Unfortunately the series was being written by writers with no background in science fiction, instead they were well versed in soap operas and it showed. Kenneth Johnson had said that near the end of the run, the production team asked him to return to save the series, but he “politely” declined. The series cancellation seemed to catch the producers by surprise as it ended on a cliff hanger that which will most likely never be resolved in any fashion outside of fan-fic (watch the site and maybe I’ll get around to writing one)!
