  • Biography

    TIMELINE 1:

Elizabeth is the daughter of Robin Maxwell and the Visitor Brian, the granddaughter of Robert and Kathleen Maxwell, the niece of Polly and Katie Maxwell, and the sister to the unnamed reptilian baby of Robin Maxwell’s.

Elizabeth was born to Robin Maxwell during the first invasion. She was the first documented hybrid species. Her father was Brian, the leader of the Visitor Youth Group. She grew amazingly quickly, molting her skin, and in no time she looked like she was 8 years old, when she was really only weeks old.

Robin killed her father, Brian with the red dust right in front of her. Father Andrew worried for her safety, and took her to Diana for protection. Diana began teaching her, but it is unclear what exactly she’s teaching. Diana kills Father Andrew, leaving Elizabeth to Diana’s mercy.

When the resistance attacks the mothership, Elizabeth stays with Diana and watches her kill John before programming the self destruct sequence that would destroy the Earth. The resistance made it into the Bridge, but Donovan and Lorraine couldn’t stop the program. Elizabeth burst through both of them and using as of then undocumented powers to change the program and stop the count down.

After the war, she was reunited with Robin and they both lived with her grandfather, Robert on his ranch outside of L.A.

Not too long after Diana’s escape, Robin went on vacation. While with Robert, Elizabeth developed a unique skin condition that he didn’t understand. He called Julie who came right over but she couldn’t identify it either. While they debated what to do, Elizabeth ran away to a nearby cave where she went into a coccoon and came out physically an 18-21 year old or so. She doesn’t know how to react, when the aliens invade again.

Julie and Robert fight them off long enough before the red dust gets them. They take her to Elias at the Club Creole, where they plan to stay until they figure out what’s going on.

When the resistance decided to try to steal the grounded mothership, Donovan further decided they might need Elizabeth. Robert was hesitant, but allowed her to go. She is able to use her powers to start the mothership drive, but she is horrified when her grandfather is shot. Robert persuaded her to leave with the resistance, and she watched as the mothership explodes.

Back at the resistance headquarters, Willy led her through a ceremonial remembrance from the Zon religion.

As Elias began to wonder if having the starchild and resistance at the Club is a good idea, Elizabeth shows an amazing gift for piano although she never had played it prior. Elias let her play out in the open. Suddenly a Visitor recognized her as Willy did. She runs away and goes outside where she gets stalked by two Visitors. Luckily there are some German Shepherds in a truck nearby. Elizabeth then used her powers to communicate with them and they attack and kill the Visitors.

As Nathan Bates turned up the heat, looking for Elizabeth, Julie hid her in her apartment, even calling her Betty, her cousin from Tucson.

Soon after, the resistance plan to move Elizabeth to New York, to keep her out of Diana’s clutches.

After Kyle Bates delivered a message from the WLF, Elizabeth met Kyle accidentally after watching him for a bit.

She is intrigued which led to a discussion with Willy with regards to human love, of which Willy had experience.

Ham, Kyle, and Julie drive Elizabeth to the rendezvous, but it turns out to be a trap. Donovan is able to save them and they escape, but Elizabeth decides she wants to stay in L.A.

Soon after Elizabeth got cabin fever, staying in the Club Creole, and Kyle decided to take her to see the sights, but they don’t tell anyone causing Julie and company to panic.

After she sees her mother going into a movie, Elizabeth creates quite a stir at a local theater trying to break in. After using her powers to knock out two guards, Kyle grabs her and they run off. Soon after they go to a park and run into a runaway horse, which Kyle can’t get near, but Elizabeth is able to calm right off.

Coming up behind the horse was a Visitor jeep, chasing it. The Visitor tried to take the horse from them, but Kyle knocked him out and they got on the horse and rode off.

Kyle soon realized that Elizabeth was the StarChild.

They finally made it back to the Club Creole where Robin had finally found her way to. Elizabeth was reunited with Robin finally.

Robin and Elizabeth decided to stay with Kyle, but when Kyle got captured by Bates’ Security while robbing from an arms warehouse, Elizabeth was able to use her powers to track Kyle and then cause an electrical shortage and a window to break, to let Kyle escape from Mr. Chiang.

Tired of always being left behind, Elizabeth soon demanded to go on the next mission, which was to free an enslaved town forced to mine cobalt for collaborators. She was useful in distracting the guards with “talk she heard on tv” and also in helping knock out a collaborator about to kill Kyle.

By this time Elizabeth had fallen hard for Kyle, and the feeling was mutual. Unfortunately, Robin confided into Elizabeth that she, too was in love with Kyle. Elizabeth doesn’t know how to react. She stowed away with Kyle who went to meet Donovan and Ham went to free jacob, Visitor pacifist, Diana was torturing and forcing to create a force field around Los Angeles.

She comes to an accord with Kyle and then was able to help Jacob, who is old, frail, and blind. Jacob recognized her immediately and willingly went with her until he sacrificed himself to destroy the force field.

At Christmas time, Elizabeth and Kyle find a street vendor, who ends up working for Diana. The vendor tricked Elizabeth into pricking her finger, letting the vendor sample her blood.

Soon after Robin discovered Elizabeth and Kyle kissing and she stormed off. After having a heart to heart with her mother, Elizabeth felt the presence of her clone in the park. After not finding her, she left the park and went shopping. When she got home, she discovered the clone in Kyle’s house. She connected with it breifly before Laird, A Visitor tracker busted in. The clone sacrificed herself for Elizabeth, and then Kyle shot Laird.

Elizabeth was confused about the clone but was able to talk her way through it with Willy and Julie.

Soon after when Ham and Kyle are captured by the Visitors, Elizabeth offered to the resistance to offer herself up for them. They don’t go for it.

After the resistance is able to kidnap Lydia and spring Ham, Elizabeth tried to connect with him but failed.

The Visitors proposed an exchange, Ham for Lydia, and they set it up. At the exchange, Elizabeth discovered that Ham was acting odd and when he pulls a gun on Donovan, she caused a light to fall over forcing Ham to shoot Bates instead.

Soon after Robin and the Caniff Printing Press is being held hostage by Chiang’s security forces to be turned over to Charles if the resistance leaders don’t give themselves up. Elizabeth tagged along with Julie and Ham to help, although she had discovered she had a tough time controlling her powers.

When Willy is shot meeting a Fifth Columnist, Elizabeth helped Julie as best she can to stabilize him. Even the Visitor doctor, Howie, can’t stop him from dying though. Elizabeth despaired and is suddenly able to use her powers to bring him back to life.

Robin decides to leave Los Angeles for Chicago. Elizabeth is invited to go along, but she does not want to go. So she decided to stay with Kyle.

After the headquarters is attacked, the resistance is forced to regroup at a park. Donovan places her in charge of establishing a new headquarters with Willy while Donovan went to rescue Kyle, Julie, and her friends.

After Donovan and Kyle went off to deliver weapons to a local resistance groups, Donovan gets caught up trying to help a small town. After Lt. James seeks out Donovan, Elizabeth, Willy, and Kyle went to the town to rescue their friend.

Elizabeth, Kyle, and Willy joined Julie in helping another small area who is going through a diphtheria plague. She is able to use her powers to help find Ellen Baker, a Wildcat who was helping the resistance, but ran off and got lost.

Soon after Philip informed Mike about a blitzkrieg the Leader has ordered through a massive battle computer.

Elizabeth joined Kyle and Donovan to search out a computer expert to help them. After the expert eventually agreed, Elizabeth uses her powers at Science Frontiers to restore the electricity after the Visitors had cut it.

When the Visitors tracked down the resistance left, Elizabeth’s powers had left her temporarily again but Philip suddenly ordered a cease-fire. Elizabeth is soon contacted by the Leader telepathically and she is convinced to meet him on the mothership.

The resistance and Visitors meet to negotiate peace, but Diana tried to sabotage it, lastly by destroying a fighter, believed to carry the Leader. It turned out to be a decoy, but Diana decided to try to take over the mothership anyways and destroy it.

With help from the Leader through Elizabeth they are able to stop Diana and greet the Leader on his real shuttle.

Despite Kyle’s protest, Elizabeth goes onto the shuttle to meet with The Leader.

    TIMELINE 1B:

After she stopped the mothership from exploding, Elizabeth stayed with the resistance until they could make it back to Earth. When the resistance are imprisioned, Elizabeth stayed in the facility until she could use her powers to help the resistance escape. Afterwards she is reunited with Robin and Robert.

She soon started having psychic dreams of the resistance in a battle with whirling red dust. They came true when at a dock, Diana was going to unleash the Visitor Red Dust in the Pacific Ocean, but with Elizabeth’s help they are able to defeat the Visitors.

The dreams continued and Elizabeth was able to save Julie from blowing her cover with Nathan Bates as the resistance went to intercept a power pack shipment.

    TIMELINE 1C:

Soon after she met Kyle Bates, they ran into a strike force. Kyle was captured but Elizabeth’s power put her into a energy cocoon that the aliens couldn’t penetrate. Nathan Bates ends up with Elizabeth and she is able to help them find where Kyle is.

Elizabeth traveled with the rest of the resistance leaders to New York, to help them train in new Visitor technology, etc.

She helps to discover that the Mayor has been killed and replaced by a Visitor.

Upon returning to LA, she helps discover that an alien that has crashed landed, and it is the Leader’s son, Bron. After the Visitor’s attack their new headquarters, Elizabeth and Kyle are forced to go establish a resistance base outside of Los Angeles. She helped support Kyle during this tumultuous time until they get to return to L.A. after Bron’s death.

    TIMELINE 1D:

After Elizabeth flies off with the Leader she meets with him in a sort of limbo and he begins to educate her on the Visitor history including the Anyx and ancient astronauts.

As the resistance attempts to escape the mothership, Elizabeth suddenly appears as a distraction and then vanishes. She went back to the Leader and argues that he swore to save Kyle. After he refuses, Elizabeth leaves, joining the Resistance as they escape from the Mothership. She has the Anyx and joins Donovan, Willy, and Kyle as they meet up with Ham Tyler and plan to find the Anyx by traveling across the country until she “hears her heart sing” as the prophecies foretell.

    TIMELINE 1E:

Robert was an anthropologist on a dig while the aliens invaded. He made it home and stayed with his family until they announced their intentions. Once the Visitors did so, he soon traveled with Kathleen to Arthur Dupres’ chemical plant for the introduction ceremony. That followed with a party at the Dupres’ house, where Robert met Steven and Barbara and noted that his hands were cool, and that Steven avoided all cooked foods, and panicked the birds when he walked by.

Soon after Robert’s colleague, Arch Quinton disappears, which puzzled Robert greatly.

Before too long, the Visitors announced a scientific conspiracy had formed around the world and all scientists were suspect. Kathleen and Robert decide to leave Los Angeles for the mountain camp to try to outlast what’s going on. When they realize that the borders have been closed, they turned to Abraham Bernstein who agreed to hide them in his poolhouse despite the fact that his grandson is a member of the Youth Corps and the fact that his son Stanley is hesitant.

After Daniel discovered them in the poolhouse, they leave again, asking their former gardener, Sancho Gomez to help them cross the border. They are smuggled over and they make it to the mountain camp of the resistance. While Robert joins the resistance, Kathleen stays at the camp to take care of the girls. When the Visitors attacked the camp, Kathleen is killed. Robin comes with Robert and helps the resistance move in. During the planning for the resistance’s first raid for weaponry, Robert noticed that Robin is missing.

He left the meeting to find her and ran right into a security force. They tell him of Robin and forces him to tell the Visitors where the mountain camp is. They promise not to attack until a later time, so that Robert can get the rest of his family out.

The Visitors lied, and Kathleen is killed. Robert had left the attack to warn the camp, having second thoughts and finds Kathleen. Robert contemplated suicide at that moment until Polly and Katie found him. Robin finds him as well as she has been rescued by Donovan.

Four months later, Robert helps with the resistance while trying to help raise Robin, who is pregnant now. When Robin finally accepted the truth about the aliens she came to Julie, trying to get an abortion. There is a heated debate of which Robert is angry is even happening, telling everyone to butt out.

When Julie tried to do the abortion, the more reptilian child would not let her kill it, so they have to play it out.

Robert helped out with the mission to expose John on TV in the LA Medical Center, even to convince Donovan to leave Julie behind.

Robert helped out with the mission to spring Julie, which brings her back in time to help deliver his grandchildren.

Robert also goes on the water pumping raid and is right in the thick of the action.

After Elizabeth is born, Robert discovers the Red Dust and helped Julie implement it. When Elizabeth nearly kills Katie in an innocent battle, Robert lashed out verbally causing Father Andrew to fear for her safety.

Robert helped lead the battle to take the Los Angeles Headquarters of the aliens while Donovan and company took the mothership.

After the war, Robert, along with Robin and Elizabeth (who was rescued by Donovan and company), moved into a ranch just north of L.A. He convinces Robin to go on vacation, saying he’d take care of Elizabeth. Soon after she leaves, Elizabeth came to her grandfather because she had scratched her skin off. Robert called Julie immediately.

They can’t figure out what went on until Elizabeth runs off and forms a cocoon. Robert and Julie have to wait until the cocoon finishes what it’s trying to accomplish, and soon enough the eighteen year old appearing Elizabeth comes out.

The Visitors attack again and Robert and Julie bravely defend the rance but are about to be overtaken when the red dust choked them.

They decided to go to Elias’ Club Creole. The re-formed resistance agreed to steal the grounded mothership before new governor Nathan Bates can give it to the aliens.

    TIMELINE 1B:

After the invasion, Robert and Ham set up a mini-base of operations waiting for the return of Donovan and company. When they do return and get arrested, Robert helped Ham plan on what to do next. After the resistance is reunited, Robert helps with the plan to get the Governor back in power and to capture Diana.

His fate in this timeline is unknown afterwards.

    TIMELINE 2:

mother of Elizabeth and an unnamed Baby Maxwell.

When the aliens announce their good intentions, Robin’s high school band gets invited to play at Arthur Dupres’ chemical plant. It is there she notices Brian, whom she is immediately attracted to. As days go on she meets Brian and develops a major crush on him.

When Robert decides that they have to run, Robin is very upset. When they can’t get out, they ask Abraham Bernstein to help them. They have to hide in Abraham’s pool house, which makes her even more upset. It gets even worse when Daniel Bernstein finds them and tries to force Robin to marry him.

Finally Sancho Gomez helped them to cross the border and make it up to the resistance mountain camp. Robin goes with her father to help the resistance in downtown Los Angeles, but gets wanderlust. Wandering outside the camp she runs into a security force which takes her prisoner.

On board the Mothership, Brian comes to visit her and makes love to her.

Not too long after, Martin, a Fifth Columnist, helps to spring her and bring her to Donovan who flew her off the ship in a stolen skyfighter, and returned her to her father while her mother was killed in the battle.

Robin soon discovered she was pregnant. Scared and unsure of what to do, she stayed with the resistance and helping raise Polly and Katie, as well as other kids in camp, like Josh Brooks.

After living in denial of the true nature of the Visitors, she finally gets first hand proof of the alien’s reptilian side, She then depsaired and ordered Julie to give her an abortion.

They try to abort the fetus, but the alien child won’t let itself be killed so Julie won’t complete the abortion.

When the baby finally comes, Robin gives birtht o twins, Elizabeth and an unnamed reptilian baby.

Robin’s reptilian baby dies due to a bacteria, which helps spawn the red dust. Elizabeth grows really fast and Robin does her best to be a mother. The resistance capture Brain in order to test the Red Dust. Robin beat them to the punch and murdered him with the dust in front of Elizabeth, forcing Father Andrew to take her away.

After the war, Robin and Elizabeth are reunited and they move in with Robert up at the ranch.

Robert convinces her to take a vacation which she does. But on the drive away, the aliens invade again and she has to abandon her car.

She got picked up by an alien task force, who takes her to a forced labor camp. It is there, she meets Kyle. Soon after she is found by Kyle Bates who took her to her house, after promising to help her find the resistance and her daughter.

After a few missed opportunities, Robin is able to find Elias and Julie who are able to tell her about Elizabeth before she gets to see the new and improved 18 year old looking Elizabeth.

She soon falls in love with Kyle and all three of them stay together although Elizabeth and Kyle fall for each other as well. After Kyle and Elizabeth go with Donovan, Elias, and Tyler to free an enslaved town, Robin helps Julie cover her tracks with Nathan Bates. After Chiang breaks into Julie’s aparment and gets evidence of Julie’s duplicity, Robin dresses as a cleaning woman and is able to switch the disk with a different disk.

At Christmas time she quickly discovered that Elizabeth and Kyle were seeing each other. Robin moved in with Julie, upset at the whole situation, but she is able to get over it.

When the Visitors frame the resistance in an attack on Science Frontiers, Julie sends Robin to Caniff Printing to get their side of the story out. While there she meets John Langley who says he’s a roving resistor. They all get taken hostage by Mr. Chiang’s security forces.

While hostage she witnessed Elias being killed by the Visitors which pushes her into John’s arms. After Donovan leads a rescue mission, she began to see John and they grew close really quickly, due to John’s insistence. It turns out that John is really an alien in disguise and under orders from Diana to impregnate Robin Maxwell again.

After Willy is shot, and the resistance brought in an alien doctor to help, he informed them of a major weapons shipment to the local Medical Center.

Robin went with the resistance on a mission to destroy the weapons and she discovered
    the truth about John.

After that she made the decision to leave the Visitors behind and traveled with Ham and Chris to Chicago.
