Timelines
With all the different media that popped up during the course of the V Saga, it is difficult to place it in any kind of order. When you add in the contradictory elements of some of said media, it makes it almost impossible…but I’ve struggled to do so anyways. In order to help with the biographies in the character database, I’ve researched the differences and tried to put it together in some semblance of order. What I came up with may be a bit confusing, but I feel is ultimately the best way.
On this page, I will show you what I call the OVERALL Timeline. This timeline is done as if there are no contradictory elements. It takes every series episode, every novel, and every comic and puts it in some order. However with the key I have come up with I will still try to show when there are contradictory elements.
Now beyond the OVERALL, there are really THREE MAIN TIMELINES, which I call The Television Timeline and The Second Generation Timeline. They are further discussed on the THREE MAIN TIMELINES subpage. Beyond that there are FIVE subtimelines to Timeline 1, which again can be read about on the subpage.
The THIRD MAIN TIMELINE is not listed here as it fits in only as a parallel verse with no crossover.
I have listed the media in chronological order of events. However, I needed to denote when an event was concurrent or taking place instead of, so to understand follow the simple key:
<—-> Concurrently
:—-> In different timeline of TIMELINE 1
See notes below for further explanation of any concurrent or In different timeline occurrences. See the subpages for greater detail of differences in timelines.
