After some people asked me for it and I hedged a bit, I decided to open a community forums for the V saga. All viewpoints will be welcomed and as long as everyone is treated with respect, I think it can be a great thing for V and it’s community.

Just a note to showcase a few quick updates:

V: ABC Reimagining page has been updated with the casting call sheets

The Timelines page has been updated to include the Reimagining as Timeline 3.

The Character Database has been updated with new entries for all the new characters we’ve been told about. Yes, I know these could drastically change and this may be a little premature, but if something happens, it’s easy enough to manipulate or even outright delete.

Entries are for the following characters:

Finally, I also created a page dedicated to Kenneth Johnson’s attempts to make a motion picture franchise out of his vision of V.

V: The Film Series

I added a few notes to the review of V: The Original Novelization regarding the updates Kenneth Johnson did to make the transition between V and V: The Second Generation more seemless.

Note: I also edited the entries for Ysabel Encalada, Margarita Perry, Robin Maxwell, and the Zedti to reflect these updates.

Also of note, there will be an added feature to SecondViews: V so keep your eyes open!

The character database for the entire V-Universe is now complete! If there are any mistakes or additions needed, please let me know. It is as thorough as I can make it I think.

Just a quick update, as of now, I’ve finished the minor characters for the character database from the following novels:

V: The Pursuit of Diana

V: The Florida Project

V: To Conquer The Throne

V: Prisoners and Pawns

V: The Crivit Experiment

V: The New England Resistance

The rest of the novels, as well as the comics and Rebirth are still in progress.

All the television characters (I think) have complete entries now.  If there are more, I will discover them as I add the characters from the novels, comics, and Rebirth!

Work continues on the Character database.  For some unknown reason I lost a bunch of data from the resistance characters….from everything alphabetically after Peter Frye.  So making that up will be a pain, but I will continue.  I’ve been quietly working on the four minor ones, but won’t make a real announcement until their done.

But feel free to browse and check up on me now and again!

The next step is to complete the four Minor Characters Divisions – Collaborators/Convertees, Fifth Column, Resistance (or at least non-Collaborators), and Visitors.
