Review: The 4400 3.05
“Gone Part 2″
Part 2 takes the set up it was given in Part 1 and makes it work. Unfortunately a show shouldn’t have to MAKE it work. If it’s MAKING it work, that means characters and situations are being shoehorned into the plot against their will.

Review: The 4400 3.04
“Gone” is a clever episode overall, and a good set up for Part II which I knew even before I saw it would be tough to wrap. But that’s next review. Set up is generally easy, but sometimes difficult to build the proper excitement
We start with RIchard, of course, coming to Shawn’s door first thing in the morning while Isabelle lay in his bed. They don’t tell him and decide to go behind his back for now…especially after Richard just thanked him for being her friend.

Jack White And Alicia Keys Team Up For ‘Quantum of Solace’ Title Track
Michael G. Wilson and Barbara Broccoli, producers of the highly anticipated 22nd James Bond adventure Quantum of Solace, announced today that multi-Grammy Award-winning and platinum selling recording artists Jack White of the rock band The White Stripes, and Alicia Keys, have recorded the theme song for the film, which will be released worldwide this November.
Their song, written and produced by Jack White, and titled “Another Way to Die,” will be the first duet in Bond soundtrack history. In addition to writing the song, Jack White is also featured as the drummer on this track.

During last weekend’s comic-com, Sam Raimi, the director of Evil Dead and Spider-Man franchises announced that he will make a fourth Evil Dead movie with Bruce Campbell.

Last time fans met the chainsaw wielding hero Ash, was in Army of Darkness released in 1992. Although Ash has starred in a few games since then, But this will mark Ash’s return into the big screens, where he belongs.

“Being Tom Baldwin”
“Being Tom Baldwin” is…well passable. There’s nothing wrong with it per se…it’s just tired. It’s a 4400er of the week with a little frosting to tie it in to the main arc. But it’s also one of what I call “Those episodes”. “Those episodes” are episodes that you will find in almost every sci-fi/fantasy type show at some point in the series. I may have to actually write up a list sometime soon, but this is the “Doppleganger” episode.

I try not to comment too much on previews but I did think this looked good. It has a great central theme and is based on something besides mindless action like the other preview I just posted.
